My family of 5 adults just got back from our first trip to New Zealand and Australia and it was the most amazing trip ever, thanks to Karen from the New Zealand Adventure Company. My family was amazed at her attention to all details - including the wonderful accommodations she arranged for us, and the amazing tours she put together. We had a wonderful time and I can say the trip was as amazing as I thought it would be. When I spoke to Karen, she really listened to my thoughts about the trip....the levels of activity we wanted, what I wanted to do, and she made many suggestions as to how to make the trip better. The trip was great from beginning to end, and I highly recommend the New Zealand Adventure Co. to anyone and everyone planning a trip to New Zealand and Australia!

The team at New Zealand Adventure Co. took the time to really understand our goals for this trip and tailored the itinerary perfectly. The right places, great accommodations, and the right amount of time in each place. They did a great job we highly recommend them. Our trip to New Zealand was very well planned which made each stop stand out on it's own. Our first stop on the Coromandel Peninsula was the perfect place to relax and get acclimated to the time change. New Zealand is everything you hear and more - the standouts were the Tongariro Crossing, the Milford Sound overnight cruise, paragliding in Queenstown and the Otago private wine tour. We stayed in B&B's which was a first for us - a very worthwhile a chance to meet locals and other travelers on a level that you do not experience in hotels.

Given the amount of time we had on this trip, we made the most of it. Some days were long travel days getting from point A to B but we wanted to see as much of the South Island as possible. I appreciated Karen's suggestion for us to stay in hotel/apts with kitchens to give ourselves the option of cooking if we wanted (which we did). We were thankful for washer and dryers in some of our rooms. Especially on the very rainy days where our soaked clothes needed a dryer. New Zealand Adventure Co. has an amazing list of restaurant recommendations for every city we visited as well. The company was always available to answer questions by email or by phone. Days before the trip we had a long phone conversation going over every aspect of our itinerary. I highly recommend a family vacation to NZ (the 12 hour flight wasn't THAT bad) and using NZAC to help plan the trip.

The trip was everything I expected and more...cannot say too many good things about New Zealand Adventure Co. They made every effort to see that all my expectations and more were met....alterations and special requests were never a problem for them, and I feel as if we are now family!! Extremely knowledgeable, always friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to please....cannot recommend New Zealand Adventure Co. too much.

My husband and I recently worked with the New Zealand Adventure Co. to plan every detail of our honeymoon. I have to say the service was outstanding -- to say the least! I contacted Karen and she helped plan end to end every detail of our trip. We truly had a great experience working with her and this company. The company plans trips of all budgets and adventure types to New Zealand and Australia. I cannot say enough postive things about them. We LOVED our honeymoon - New Zealand is an incredible place. My first experience with New Zealand Adventure Company for a 2002 trip was so positive that when my wife and I were ready for our honeymoon, having Karen plan it was an easy decision. We wanted a trip that was fun, romantic, and within our budget (unlike the wedding!), but had no time or energy to organize it. New Zealand Adventure Company delivered in every way. We enjoyed all of the activities from hiking on Franz Josef Glacier to kayaking in Abel Tasman. When storms closed roads and altered our plans, New Zealand Adventure Company took care of the necessary reservation changes, and, as a result, our trip went off without a hitch. My husband and I recently returned from our first trip to New Zealand, and it was everything we hoped it would be- a fantastic, fun, amazing experience! It was also our first experience with the New Zealand Adventure Co., and I sincerely hope it will not be our last. Everything, from planning to the actual trip, was entirely trouble free. Our trip was fabulous!! Wouldn't change a thing! We enjoyed everything and there were so many highlights it's hard to pick just a few! Everything you arranged worked perfectly - there were no problems with anything. We really loved Tokoriki iin Fiji, and had a wonderfully relaxing time there before returning home. It was just what we needed after traveling thru NZ. I will happily recommend your services to anyone considering a trip to NZ, etc. You did a fantastic job, and we have many memories that will stay with us for a lifetime! My husband and I spent 18 wonderful days in New Zealand. Our vacation went smoothly and we had absolutely no "hiccups" mainly because of you. In the winter of 2010, my wife and I enjoyed our second adventure planned for us by NZAC. Our first, in 2004 was to New Zealand and this one was to Australia. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Accommodations, time at each stop and driving directions were extraordinary. All the things that were supposed to happen – from airport pick-ups and returns, to hotel reservations to dining reservations – were outstanding. When any of our friends consider a trip to New Zealand or Australia, NZAC is our strong recommendation.
