DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of trip cost must be received within 10 days to hold independent travel reservations and 25% for guided tour reservations. Additional deposit requirements may apply to hold reservations with select accommodation providers and speciality touring operators. Full Payment must be received 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days, full payment is due immediately. We accept Visa and MasterCard for payments.
MODIFICATIONS / CHANGES
Once the itinerary is confirmed, any subsequent changes will incur a charge of US$25.00 for each change. If final travel documents have already been prepared, an additional fee of US$100.00 will be assessed. The cancellation of one itinerary and booking of another is considered a change.
RESPONSIBLITY
New Zealand Adventure Co. and its agents co-operators and co-sponsors, and all employees shall not be responsible for personal injury, or property damage, loss, accidents, delay, irregularity or change of itinerary incurred by any person arising out of the act of negligence of any direct or supplemental air carrier, hotel or ground operator, or other persons rendering any services or accommodations being offered.
New Zealand Adventure Co. will not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labour problems, climatic aberrations, local law, disease or any act of God.
Baggage is at the owners risk entirely. The airline concerned and their agents and affiliates are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not onboard their aircraft. Air schedules are subject to change without Notice.
QUOTES
All quotes are subject to air and land arrangement availability. If quoted in a foreign currency, please be aware that all rates are indicative only and are subject to currency fluctuations.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT AND CHILD RATES
All prices outlined on site are based on double occupancy. Should you be travelling as a single or with children, please advise during initial consultation to ensure accuracy of quote.
NOT INCLUDED
Costs of Passports, Visas and other items of a personal nature such as laundry, unspecified meals and tours and other services not specified in the tour itinerary. New Zealand and Foreign Government Departure Taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the individual.
EQUIPMENT USE / RENTAL
Passengers electing to take advantage of sporting equipment offered by hotels and ground operators do so at their own risk. New Zealand Adventure Co. will not be held responsible while equipment is in use by the client.
CANCELLATIONS
If it is necessary to cancel any travel plans, a full refund less non-refundable deposit and charge fees will be made, provided cancellation is outside 60 days prior to departure. Within 60 days an additional fee of $200.00 per person will apply plus any fees assessed by the hotels or other suppliers. Within 15 days of departure the fee increases $300.00 per person plus any fees assessed by suppliers.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the travel arrangements once travel has commenced.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You are required to have a valid Passport for entry into New Zealand. New Zealand Adventure Co. and participating airlines are not responsible if travelers fail to obtain all necessary travel documents. Please enquire with us as to whether you require a special entry visa to enter Australia or New Zealand based on your originating country / foreign citizenship.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance prior to trip commencement. Please enquire with us for information on our preferred provider.
