Our Mission

So many mission statements we read state simply that the company wishes to be the best travel company in their said destination - while this is a great goal, for us it's is a given and we aim for so much more.

As a seventh generation New Zealander, I am committed to representing my exciting and beautiful area of the world with integrity, innovation and the constant product knowledge improvement.  It's our knowledge and local connection that allows New Zealand Adventure Co. to deliver consistently out-of-the-ordinary New Zealand and Australia experiences for our clients.  We delight in the construction of totally engaging, exhilarating journeys within which you are the star; the fully immersed participant in your very own, fully customized experience of a lifetime.

We take your safety and your comfort very seriously and it is to this end that we are always in touch with our accommodation, activity, rental vehicle and transfer providers to ensure they are meeting our standards.  An example of our commitment to your safety is our policy to avoid the need for you to get behind the wheel of your rental vehicle after a long flight, rather we have our private drivers collect you from the airport, drive you safely to your accommodation and then have your own vehicle dropped off at your accommodation after a restful night's sleep.  We book only accommodations that we are personally familiar; this may sound simple but you would be amazed how many travel companies book accommodation without knowing anything about a property's location, quality or management.  Our activity partners are our partners because we have personally selected them to be so. 

You are in good hands and because of the volume of clients we send to New Zealand and Australia, all of our suppliers have a total, vested interest in your personal safety and comfort.
